Welcome to our blog. We love TV shows. And now there are so many choices. Network shows, cable shows as well as premium cable shows.
There are always a few good shows on network TV but our favorite shows seem to be on cable channels such as FX or TNT as well as premium cable channels such as HBO and Showtime.
We’ve seen great improvement in the quality of TV shows across the board. But we are most impressed with the quality of news shows on cable channels. For example one of the best newer shows in BattleStar Galactica on the SciFi Channel.
We don’t like many of SciFi’s original programming but Battlestar is a winner. Great writing, excellent cast and good execution.
We’ll review many of the shows currently on TV as well as some classics that are now only available on DVD.
Here’s a tip …if you want to get caught up on almost any old tv show, order the DVDs for that season on Netflix.com
They have a huge selection of old tv series and you can have them sent to you in the mail in a day or two after joining Netflix.com
